FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work?

Cavitation uses ultrasound waves, which agitate the fat cell membranes until they rupture. The contents of the fat cell are released, (glycerol and fatty acids) which are then eliminated from the body via the liver and kidneys. There is no necessity to exercise or diet with this treatment – you will still lose inches! Measurements are taken to demonstrate results after the 1st, 4th and final treatment.

How many sessions are required?

A full course of 8 sessions is required to obtain optimum results.

Are there side effects and is it painful?

This is a pain free, very relaxing treatment. You will experience a ‘buzzing’ or ‘tweeting’ in your ears during the treatment.

Is everyone suitable for the treatment?

This treatment is suitable for both men and women, although not suitable for pregnant women or those breastfeeding. A full medical history will be taken prior to treatment by our doctor to ensure treatment is suitable.
