Radio Frequency Skin Tightening is a non-invasive treatment which uses radio waves directed through a probe head which is moved around on the skin. The radio waves are directed at the skin to produce a heating effect. Radio Frequency Treatment has been used for many decades for a variety of medical applications.

Skin Tightening targets the deeper layers of skin, heating them up. This creates stimulation of the skin and in particular, the collagen, a substance which gives elasticity to the skin. This causes water molecules in the deeper layers of skin to vibrate. This creates friction which causes the heating effect. When heat is applied to collagen fibres, they shrink and tighten up, and over time following the treatment, new collagen also forms.

The treatment can be used on any part of the body to tighten any loose and sagging skin. It is effectively used on areas of the face and neck, tummy, and upper arms and thighs. But it can be used on any part of the body that requires the skin to be firmed. It is an appropriate treatment for the face because the ageing process sees a reduction in the amount of fat, particularly on the cheeks. Instead of plumping out the tissues (the outcome of filler treatments), it simply aims to tighten up the sagging skin in areas such as the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jowls.

This technology works by delivering focused energy of a depth of 1.3cm and 8mm to destroy fat cells.  The high frequency of the ultrasound wave results in heating under the skin, effectively destroying the fat cells and tightening the skin in the area treated.  The damaged cells are flushed away via a natural removal process through the lymphatic system that continues for up to 3 months​.

3D-Shockwave – A powerful and effective treatment to reduce cellulite. It can be used as a stand-alone treatment or combined with existing fat-removal treatments such as inch loss as a fantastic accelerator.

During 3D- shockwave treatment, probes are placed on the skin in areas of cellulite, emitting radial waves through the skin known as shockwaves. These shockwaves stimulate the fat cells to break down, increase collagen production and encourage lymphatic drainage to flush away unwanted fatty acids. This will reduce the appearance of cellulite and tone the area being treated.

3d-Dermology  incorporates the basic principles of lymphatic drainage to assist the body in moving lymph through the network of lymphatic vessels in its return to the circulatory system.
